When you are a waiter, and still crafty, you probably daily use the traditional corkscrew where you hold the bottle with one hand, screw it in the cork and press the lever upwards.
This is OK when you have to open the bottle next to the table.
However when you have the possibility to place the bottle on the table, my version is easier to use and requires less force. See the explanation below.

The idea is not new.
A few years ago I bought such a type of corkscrew. Unfortunately I cannot find it anymore, so I recreated it by designing my own model. 
There are two supports, yellow and red in my model. You likely start by using the yellow one pulling out the cork as far as possible and then switch to the red one to remove the cork completely.

The most “difficult” part is to find the metal screw. For this I disassembled an old one from my kitchen, and designed around it. When you print this bottle opener you have to find one that is approximately similar in size. The dimensions are in a drawing.

Further you need 2 M3 X 10 flat headed screws. I used self locking nuts. When you use normal M3 nuts, you likely need a drop of Loctite.

It is best to print it with 1.5 mm layer height. 15% infill. I used PETG. 
After printing you have to ream/clean the holes with a 1.8 mm and a 3.2 mm drill bit.
The 4 times 1.8 mm holes are for alignment during glueing the two handle parts together. Just insert small pieces of filament (max 6 mm long), add some glue and clamp the parts together.
