Descrição
Expansible filament support
This models work in parts to construct one or a custom cabinet to store filament for 3d printers.
Instructions
1. Use the face side structs and join with 4 of the bridge unions, "top" and "bottom", fit in the front slots similar as you can see in the first images.
2. Make sure that 4 of the bridge unions are on the front and back respectively in the top and bottom.
3. Fit the base of support in the middle hole of the cabinet , make sure the you are using at lease 2 of them, one of them for top, and the other for bottom holes, and fit...
4. We recommend use a third base support piece for behind of cabinet, to avoid falls hehe, but with 2 base it works.
5. If you want to expand to a multiple filament cabinets, you just have to add 4 extra unions but placed not in the front and back of the cabinet, but even in the top and bottom and add another extra side face, similar to the photo description.
6. we recommend no more than 4 floors, you can do some extra but have to increase the infill and walls for more strength.
Thanks guys!!
If you want to comment something to improve or support, i will be very grateful :)
You can use PLA, PTG or your prefered filament... How ever for PLA we used the next config.
For face_filament and base support:
Crealty k2 plus and ender 3 v3 plus
- Quality 0.20
- 65 bed temperature
- 210 hotend temperature
- infill 10 is right
- enable supports, for cylinders in top, holes in bottom and union slots.
- 2 walls works fine with 5% infill, but just for a 2 floors max, if you want to add more floors you must to add 3 walls and more infill.
For unions, these need a little bit more accuracy...
it works with 0.20 but if you aren't to hurry better a 0.16 config.
