Descrição
Large, electric box. Should be preferably printed from flame retardant material. Uses M4 heat-sinks and metrical screws. Designed for M20 electric glands. 3D printed glands are added to the model, however these require the cables to be wrapped in electric tape. Model uses a 3D printed sealing, however that can also be cut out of a piece of flat rubber.
Wago clamps need to be glued into the respective interface.
BOM:
- Either variant of the Box
- Sealing
- Cover_Box
- 12 M4 Heatsinks
- 12 M4 x 40 cone head screws
- 4 Sealing_screws
- 2 wago_halter
- 4 Large M4 washers
- (3.5….4.5 mm screws to fix to whatever)
- For every self printed “cable_gland” one "cable_gland_cap" (M20 cable glands should be preferred)
- For every empty side hole 1 “cable_gland_plug”
- For every cable from the back 1 “sealing cable back”
- For every empty hole from the back 1 “plug_cable_back”
Apply cables from back and screw “sealing cable back” and “plug cable back” into box
Thread cables throught the sealings and move box to wall
Glue the wago clamps into their interface in the box and the 2 “wago_halter” using solvent glue
Place the washers into the slots above the fixation screws and screw to wall/ceiling
Press the “Sealing screws” into the slots
Insert 2 “wago_halter” into box
Screw cable glands in, if you use the 3D printed glands wrap sideways cables with electrician tape to ensure they are properly fixed
Fill any empty hole with “cable_gland_plug”
Assemble cover and sealing
Do not overtorque the cover screws
