These are my Hexagonal wall panels. Made for 180mm printers like the Prusa MINI and BambuLab A1-Mini. I designed it for easy printability, simple construction, while also minimizing filament usage. Scaling them larger should not be an issue but i have not tested that.

Printing instructions:

Frame:

0.4mm nozzle, no special settings. Arachne walls recommended. Mouse-ear brims can help with adheasion. I used Overture matte black PLA

Inserts:

• 0 top & bottom layers
• 10-15% infill
• 250% line width for infill (0.4mm nozzle)

You can try a 0.6 or 0.8 nozzle to get extra thick infill patterns.

The 3mf files have OrcaSlicer settings for my Prusa MINI.

For the black backdrop i used an old T-Shirt.

Stuff the empty place with some wool.

To attach multiple panels together, use the connector parts:

Do this for all connecting edges.

The geometry of the frame is identical on all sides, so orientation does not matter.

To hang them onto a wall i simply used nails. Strong double-sided tape may work for you aswell but it did not for me sadly.
