I've test printed this a few times with different printers, filament types, and nozzle sizes. I settled on PLA for easy support removal with the following settings: 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle, 0.20mm layer height, minimal supports (grid and tree-auto work fine), and 15% infill. I printed this make using the Creality K1C and HP3D Wood PLA filament, which they state is 50% wood-fill, that I sanded and stained. Once the supports are removed, the riser will gently snap-fit and cling to the Mac mini. With the inner slope, vents, and power button cutaway, the riser will not interfere with the Mac's airflow system. Thanks for checking this out. Any feedback is always appreciated.
