• Added WITH_WIRES_Mini_Robot_Print_PLA_White_v1.1 due to a mess up with the previous upload.

Update  -  2/21/25

• Scaled the eye down slightly so it is an easier fit.

• Changed the tolerance of the guns to be looser.

Print Settings

• .1mm - .2mm layers

• I recommend 3 wall loops

• I used PETG for the black pieces so the hinges don't get loose

• TPU wires

Post Processing

• Inside the leg joint will sag a little from bridging. This makes the joints stiffer, but may need slight clean up.

• Some of the holes for the wires might need drilled out a tiny bit. I just used my side cutters to widen them a bit.

Assembly

• No Glue Required - Everything has very tight tolerances

• Just follow the picture

• Make sure you put the leg together right.. I included a cross section. The leg should be able to bend like the pictures

• Pliers may be required for some steps. Especially putting the clip in the head and pushing in the eye

• If you are still confused on the assembly you can view it in blender
