I created this as a project in Fusion 360 using Sculpt.
I found that the printed head lends itself to heating with a blow torch/heat-gun to soften and manipulate the edges if you want them a bit more random and organic if making a bunch of them.
Prints really easy had no failures yet.
Be keen to see your prints.
Once I have mirrored some and scaled some I will put a bigger bunch up for you to see.
