These adapters are made for my generic ceiling lights in my apartment as they were originally way too bright. I found that the ones in my room were smaller hence the two sizes. They could be easily resized (leaving 1mm on the z for the adapter plate) to fit other similar lights. I believe the lights are something like this. 

I made these adapters to be printed with TPU. Specfically Sainsmart 95a. They won't work with non flex filaments as they wont be able to fit around the base of the light. I had to add the supports by hand with the smart fill tool, as TPU doesn't bridge well. Snug style with a 0.16 top contact distance and honeycomb pattern worked well and came out super easily for me.

As for the stalagtite lamp, I did use supports but only on the really steep edges. An example is shown in the pictures.
