How I Designed This

Getting the rabbit right

I used the 'canvas' function in Fusion 360. After opening a 'sketch', I imported a photo of a rabbit in silhouette. I then traced the rabbit roughly using the spline tool. The model looked great right away, but I had to make a few tweaks around the ears where interpretation of the photo was needed.

I added the nose by hand, tweaking the size and position till it looked right.

You could do the same with any animal. Aim to suggest the animal and its pose, not make it realistic.
