You play this with a coin, and it's the same as regular cornhole, but small. Put 2 tables 2 feet apart on a table, and play as usual. (You can space it however you like, but I'm pretty sure it's suggested to be between 2 and 3 feet.) 

The image is of one of these I painted and stuck stickers on for the Eagles tomorrow, but you could make it look however you want.

To print, put the face down and leg up, and you're good. Print 2 and if you're using coins, you need 8, 4 for each side.
