The only thing I altered was using the SCAD file to change the magnets to 6x2mm. I printed it with a 0.6mm HF nozzle at 0.40mm layer height to reduce print time. It came out great. The only issue was that the lower tray back wall ended up at a thickness of 1 wall where the magnets are installed, so there were some issues there. If you print with a 0.4mm nozzle I don't think that will happen. Otherwise it came out perfect. Only the vertical magnets needed glue in my print, the horizontal magnets were all a very tight press fit.

Inspration:
I instantly loved the dice tower by Platcham but saw room for improvement.
I wanted less material, different magnets, easier print, and reduced print time.
This is the result. I hope you like it.

Dice Size:
The uploaded model is designed to suit my dice where the D20 is roughly 21mm diameter. You may need to scale the models (or use the customizer) to suit your dice.

Magnet Details:
This model suits cylindrical magnets 4mm diameter. 2mm thick.
19 magnets for the tower and 6 for the drawer. Be VERY careful when installing the magnets so that positive and negative points match. If you don't want to use magnets, elastic bands work very well to keep everything together.
