While eating chicken nuggets, we were concerned about optimizing the amount of sauce each nugget receives, so we decided to design a mechanically optimized gravity system for dipping. (Ah, to be in the mind of a 9-year-old.)

The sauce holder works for most packet sizes, but it is measured for a Chik-Fil-A sauce packet, as it has the largest footprint.  Load the sauce packet, place the nuggie on the sliding plate, and pull the tab.

Note: Our preferred method to use is loading the nuggie so that it sits a little on the edge, which allows for it to tip and fall edge-down into the sauce. But, we would enjoy hearing about other ideas for improvement.
