Panel mount for XT60H-M connector. 

This variant was used on material that was ~ 0.625" / 15.875mm thick. 

Plug is a tight friction fit, installed from the back. The inner plate has just enough protruding to locate it in the hole and hold firm against the outer portion.  If you are using thicker material, extend the protruding portion to match the needed depth.  The outer portion is 0.54" / 13.7mm. The inner portion is 0.625" / 1.59mm. The inner plate does need to be installed on the wires prior to soldering if the other ends of the wire are already secured to other components. 

Back is held on with 2x 2mm course thread socket head servo screws. 

Printed with PLA @ 0.2 mm layer height, with cubic infill @ 20%. Would recommend increasing the wall thickness to 4.
