I had some extra parts lying around with a switch, an LED strip, and wire. Couldn't find a nice little mount that I liked for the switch, so cooked this up in OpenSCAD. Depending on which version you use, you may need to flip the print face to the flat side.

I printed in PLA at 0.16 and 0.2. For infill (I used cubic), I wouldn't go higher than 15%. It needs some flex to bend around the lower spacer sleeve. It should sit tight between the spacer and the Z-axis brace on top and bottom. I don't have the best lighting and couldn't get a solid picture of where it mounts. The switch dimensions are 13mm by 9mm, and it just snug fits inside of it.

I have the dual z-axis upgrade and its direct drive, so I'm not sure if this will interfere with the Z limit switch. I suspect that it won't but YMMV.
