Introducing the LTT Precision Screwdriver Case ‘Insert replacement’.

Designed in FreeCad, this is my first fully (mostly..) Parametric project!

Whether your original Foam insert is worn out or ripped, this printable insert replacement fits right in-place and can store all.
I haven't yet delved into adding on inscriptions/icons for each Bit.

My Print settings (Prusa Mini):

Material: White PLA (Sorry, I don't have any LTT Orange. Please post some makes if you have some!)

0.40 nozzle

0.20 layer height

5% Infill

I hope the tolerances are good for other printers. On my Prusa Mini there are some variances across the Bit pockets; some are quite loose whereas some are tighter.

The tip of the screwdriver should snap-in place while the body remains easily movable.
