A unique way to give a Valentine's Day note or gift. This pretty little cactus doesn't need watering and it is always in bloom. It also has a secret. Inside is a hidden compartment that you can use for delivering a covert love-note, Valentine's candies, or other message of affection. The pot separates from the cactus to open up the space inside. 

Printing

Supports shouldn't be needed. I recommend using an inner and outer brim for the cactus since it doesn't have much contact area with the build plate.

It prints in three parts; the pot, the cactus, and the flower.

Flower pot

To get the textured areas on the side of the pot I used the Paint-on Fuzzy Skin feature in PrusaSlicer to select the faces to be textured. 

Cactus

No supports needed, but I do recommend an inside and outside brim. There are versions with and without a hole for the flower. If desired, you could change colors after the pot top and/or before the top round cactus graft part.

Flower

The vase-mode flower must be printed in vase mode and upside down with the round center touching the build plate. Print it with a brim and in vase mode. Go very slow, especially the bridging loops in the air. Make sure that Extra Perimeters on Overhangs is OFF. When it's finished bend the loops into a nice flower shape. If the square end is loose in the hole in the top of the cactus, you may need a drop of glue to hold it in place.
