Clay Press Machine - Suitable for Polymer Clay, Play Doh, Fondant

Tested on Super Sculpey polymer clay, which has a stiff consistency, and on Play-Doh, which is soft.

Rolls forms clay from 2mm to 5mm thick adjustable using the aretation ring. One pressure roller is fixed and the other moves closer or further.

Required material

12 X M3x25mm            For frame
2  X M3x10 mm            For fixed blade
2  X M3X20 mm          For the moving blade
2  pcs pen springs      For the moving blade
3  pcs bearing 21x15x4mm
3  wood screws 3,5x12 mm for handle, aretetion ring and knob

Insert a 13 mm nut into the M8 bolt clamp.

Printing recommendation: The parts are mechanically very stressed, I set the printing parameters:
4 perimeters, 50% infill, on the rollers 7 perimeters + collar.

When printing the rollers I used Scarf sems so that the seam was not so pronounced and did not print the pattern on the printed material.

Added parts for the version without bearings-Leg A,Leg B,Handle,Fix axle.I recommend lubricating well !!
