With the custom cone roller tool, you can now roll cones with the maximum end diameter possible!

Notes:

• Cone Tool can be printed in vase mode.
• For even packing and difficult-to-reach areas, the packing tool has two sides.
• If your preferred paper size is not taken into consideration, a parametric fusion file is provided. (Changing the filter diameter, paper width, and length is simple.)
• Print shown in images is king size slim.

Files:

• Two sizes of packing tool.
• Cone Tool for most common paper sizes.
• Funnel to make filling easy.

Simple method (for right-handed people):

• Have the gum strip facing up and on the side of the paper furthest from you.
• Place the cone-rolling tool along the middle crease, lining up the left side of the paper with the smaller diameter side of the cone.
• Wrap the bottom right corner up around the larger diameter of the cone and hold it with your right thumb.
• With your left hand, pull the top right corner taut and wrap around to meet the held-down corner, then hold with the same thumb.
• Now run your left thumb along the bottom edge to tuck it in along the whole length; you may need to slightly unroll to do this, which is easily done by turning the cone tool away from you.(This can be the most fiddly part)
• If the paper is still loose past this stage, it can be easily fixed by rolling the cone between your palms in the same direction that the cone is rolled.
• Moisten the gum strip and secure the paper together. Making sure to run your finger along the join to form a good seal.
• Finally, take the cone roller tool out and drop a filter into the larger opening, pushing it all the way down with either the cone or packing tools.
