This is the box/enclosure that we use with our Prusa Mini+ 3D printers. We have used them for just under a year and they have been working well so far. We wanted an easy way to stack the printers and also be able to transport them if needed. 

The front cover design isn't ideal and we don't use it often, there are definitely ways for it to be improved. 

This design uses all the stock Prusa Mini parts including the spool holder.

Construction
The box is made from 1/5" plywood underlayment and laser cut. We used a ThunderLaser Nova 35.

The 3D printed parts were all made from PLA+ but any filament will likely work.

Hardware
#10 5/8" long countersunk screws and #10 square nuts are used for the assembly in all places.
We used Grainger Part Numbers 1MU90 and 41JV16

Filament Guide
We use a 4mm or 5/32" tube fitting with a 1/8" pipe thread to connect a small bit of Bowden tube between the filament box and the filament run-out sensor.

The second power only port can be used for powering LEDs or other USB devices inside of the box.

Tool Box
The toolbox is designed to fit to the left of the printer and we just used double-sided tape to secure it. The toolbox can be printed on the mini if you turn it 45 degrees.
