These handles reduce wrist bending when performing pushups.

One fits diagonally on the bed of a MK3s printer. Print using PETG or a similar strong material. Set infill to 30%, and increase perimeters and top/bottom layers to 5 or more. This produces a very strong end result, capable of carrying more than 100kg without deforming.

Turn on auto-generated supports, but on build plate only.

A GCode file is included with the settings used for the prints in the photo.

Note that the rounded bottom of the handle itself may have one or two loose strands, depending on print conditions. I fixed one of these up with a hot air gun.
