A simple hanger with multiple hooks and snap fitting and ability to rotate freely.  The snap fit is very tight and requires some force, but worked fine on my X1C. 

I added a flat bottom to avoid the need for supports.  Also printed in PLA with no issues so far, PETG might give it more flexibility. 

WARNING - Some users have reported the snap fitting breaking. Be careful when putting the print together, and do not hang anythung too heavy on it.  I have only tested it with lightweight items such as a purse, or other small things.
