A camper owner had some broken sliders of a window screen. He was not able to order replacement parts given the age of the van.

The initial repairs with aluminium parts were not sufficient. The glue cannot withstand occasional high temperatures.

This model is my solution for this challenge. The sliders are strong but elegant. They do not stick out too much and you can still squeeze them together with one hand.

• Filament type: PETG (a MUST when high temperatures are to be endured).
