I really like gears, after a series of two and three wheel spinners I added a 4 wheel.
Following previous comments I modified the axles and slightly enlarged the cage for freer wheel movement.

The parts fit together quite tightly, but I recommend gluing them together so that they don't fall apart during intense spinning.
The spinner even creates a spiral effect when spun quickly!
