Yet another remix of MartinMajewski's storage/organizer system ([https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780498](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780498)) I needed something for my screws, and nothing I could find was really what I wanted.

I made it bigger in all dimensions (sorry Prusa Mini users). Its inner dimensions are now 241x161x30mm, outer dimensions are 243.8x175.9x32.8mm, so it uses the capacity of MK2.5/MK3 well.

I also added print in place latches, no glue needed, but a tiny support is beneficial for the bulge in the bottom part, so please enable supports when printing the bottom (on build plate only, overhang threshold 40°). It will be very easy to remove, I promise.

I modified the inlays to have the front wall slope 45° for the last few millimeters. This helps both with labeling, when taking an inlay out of the box and when closing the lid of the box.

To get the top to look like in the pictures, simply set bottom and top layers to 0. I chose Grid as infill, Martin used Honeycomb as infill, have a look at his pictures, you might like that more. I recommend setting perimeters to at least 3, to get more stability.

That said, the box only gets robust when filled with inlays. I am very happy with mine in that regard. The latches hold well, all feels tight. But as long as it is empty, it feels a bit flimsy.

Since it is so big, you need to print it in at least three runs: bottom, top and inlays. To assemble, simply snap the hinges together. There is a small slope on the hinges of the top part, which helps when trying to snap it in place.

I also 3d printed the labels, using color change to make it readable, and glued them onto the inlays, but that is certainly overkill. You’ll want to use adhesive labels, that is way faster. For all the fellow nerds, I added the Fusion 360 model for the labels as well, so you only have to edit that text, if you want to go that route.

Print in PETG to get a good result.

Update 31.1.2022: User Pawel had problems with the printed result being too tight and closing badly. Adding 1mm in width helped him, so I made the box 1mm wider. If you download the models now, you can simply print them as they are. Otherwise please scale down a row of the inlays by 1mm if you experience the same issue. Sorry!
