With this tool you can make nice decorations for the gift boxes etc.

Phases, see picture titles:

1. Two body rings bottoms up
2. Press them together, smaller to top, see the orientation
3. Turn unit top part up, add position 1 finger 
4. Place rest of the fingers
5. Pull end of the ribbon through the hole, go around finger ‘1’ and continue to the finger ‘2’. See rotation direction
6. Continue following the numbering (jump to every third finger) half a dozen layers
7. After enough layers (example item has 7) is done turn unit over
8. Hold ribbon thigh through the middle hole and remove fingers pushing them down. Remove also rings
9. After the all plastic parts are removed, stable bow's center. Pull fingers ribbon layers out one by one
