I had a bunch of small command strips and no hooks. Here's a super quick printable wall hook that fits a small 3M command strip. Scale as needed for different size strips.

Most of the other ones on here require supports or need to be printed with overhangs or have bad layer orientations. This model is easily printable on its side to have proper layer orientation and be the strongest possible condition.

I printed from PETG to avoid any mechanical creep issues, but these aren't large loads, it should be fine to print from just about anything.
