If you use a GTT torch, these might appeal to you.  If you wish for finer control, or have trouble with valves that are a little sticky to open, then go full blast once you overcome that initial friction, these can help.

CAUTION: GTT's knob sizes vary, even on the same torch.  DO NOT FORCE THESE ON!  THEY CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE IF FORCED.

The right size should go on with very light pressure initially, then then there is a ring at the very end of each print that grips the knob a little tighter.  Three sizes are provided here (99%, 100%, and 101%), and you can scale them further if these don't fit.

Also note that on many torch models the knobs are pretty close together, if you want to install knobs on adjacent valves (e.g. both red valves), the “wide” model may not fit.  The “lever” model also probably won't fit these situations depending on how you use your torch.
