Simple design that only needs you to screw it to the wall.

3 holes in line. I advise screwing the top (Straight) and bottom(angle) screws directly into the stud in your wall. You also have the option to use two screws straight if you do not have the space to access the bottom hole.

I included a cover logo for the holes I provided that will enable you to use a long screwdriver or drill bit.
