Descrição
Standard Version:
For the standard version, you’ll need the "Basis" file and one of the following:
"Fuß_0.15" for 0.15 mm clearance
"Fuß_0.3" for 0.3 mm clearance
"Fuß_0.5" for 0.5 mm clearance
Spring-Loaded Version:
I’ve also created a spring-loaded version for those who prefer added functionality. To assemble this version, you’ll need the following parts:
"Basis"
"Deckel_Spring"
Either "Fuß_Spring_0.1", "Fuß_Spring_0.3" or "Fuß_Spring_0.5", depending on your preferred clearance
Additionally, you’ll need a tension spring with a diameter of approximately 6 mm and a length between 35 mm and 45 mm. These can be found at hardware stores or online (e.g., from China).
Assembly Instructions for the Spring-Loaded Version:
Insert the spring into the "Fuß" part.
Secure the spring in place by inserting a piece of filament into the side hole. Trim the filament flush so it doesn’t stick out.
Place the "Fuß" into the "Basis".
Use pliers to pull one end of the spring out and hold it in position with your hand.
Insert the spring into the "Deckel" and secure it with another piece of filament, trimming it flush as before.
Note:
The tolerance values are given in radius. The diameter is therefore twice as large.
For a well-calibrated printer, the 0.15 part should provide sufficient tolerance.
I have added the Fusion 360 files. To change the clearances yourself, you need to edit the parameter "Clearance."
