Descrição
Like described above, please only print with knowledge of CAD, this need personalisation to work!!! This is basically only a template!
For the model you need:
-10x 16x5x5mm bearings (i used some disolving liquid to get all the grease out of the bearings, this decreases friction by a lot!)
-1x M5x30mm bolt (head max 10.5mm diameter)
-12x M5x~16mm bolt (head max 10.5mm diameter)
-7x M4x10mm bolt
-5x M4x5-16mm bolt (V-shaped head)
-10+x M3x10mm bolt
-1x M5 nut
-~15 M5 washers
-Some screws to mount to the wall
-Some weight between 750g and 1,5kg
First print all parts, hammer all the bearings into the Holes with 16mm diameter. If you want to, get the grease out of the gears for lower friction. Then bolt all the gears into the locations they are ment to go, selftap the bolt into the plastic, dont forget to put M5 washers between the gear and the bearing. One gear has a hole for a nut, insert the nut and tighten the bolt when mountet on the bearing. Make sure to put the small clockhand holders between the bolt and the bearing on the front base. Mount the clockfaces on the front base. Then make a chain of the pendel arms of 5 or 6 secments. Then put everything where it is suppossed to go, put one bolt behind the escapement leg, unscrew and put the escapement lever a bit to the right or left until you get a clean tik tak. Screw the bolt back in. Mount to the wall. Next, put the weight on the pendel and screw it in, adjust it up and down until it takes exactly 2 second to swing back and forth. Start the clock, wait a minute, then start a timer and see if it is right on time.
I am working on a clearer picture assembly tutorial.
Maybe i missed some parts but i think you can get in done without a problem by looking at the pictures.
