Descrição
I found a 3d scan of a human skull that was kind of low poly so I spent some time using it in blender as a base for this awesome skull mask. The thing is ginormous so it'll fit over my glasses, please measure your head and adjust the model size accordingly.
Almost filled my build area on an Ender Pro S1, total height is approximately 240mm tall, width and height are around 210mm. You may have to remove your purge line before the print gets the skirt going, or it'll bugger your first layer.
BACK PLATE INCLUDED! The gap is TIGHT, at about 2 to 3 millimetres so you may have to sand a little to get your straps in.
If you do print one I recommend a ridiculously sharp knife, some dollar store sponges and travel straps, but I bet those could be printed from TPU as well. Maybe for V2. If you use PLA, elmers glue under compression takes about 6 hours to set, but works GREAT.
I skipped the supports on the top, in order to save time and filament, but if your machine is not good at hard overhangs, DO NOT SKIP THEM. Nothing better than a 32 hour print failing at 95%.
Recommended Settings:
0.4mm line width
0.2mm layer height
10-25% infill
