This is a Modular LED-Strip Profile. 
It fits Philips Hue LED Strips. It is not intended to be used with high-Power Led Strips due to the Heat they can produce which may cause Damage to the LED-Profile and also to the LED-Strip.

You will find 3 Files.

1. LED-Profile

2. Connector (to connect the LED-Profiles to each other)

3. LED-Profile-End with closed End

Print Instructions(Update 09.02.2025):

1. 0.4 Nozzle @ 0.16mm Layer height

2. Print the LED-Profile with the Diffusor-Side on the Printer-Bed

3. Your Printer should be good printing bridges otherwise you will get problems printing Layer 63 to 92 because it is not possible to work with supports here.

4. Supports: You should use supports at the Male side on the lower and also on the upper overhang. I used tree support for this. Im not sure if it is necessarry but I also supported the 2mm of the female overhang. 

5. Infill: I used Honeycomb as infill as you can see in the diffusor but you can use whatever you want. It makes a different light look

6. Multi Color: If you dont want to print everything transparent you have to do some 
   adjustments. 
   I dont have an AMS or MMS so it is designed to manually change the Filament.
   I printed transparent Filament the first 19 Layers and set a break at Layer 20, so it will stop before printing Layer 20. Then I changed the Filament.

7. I added a short Version with wich you can test if your printer tollerances and the print settings will work for this print to save filament. You should print it twice and also a connector to test if you can link two Profiles together. The File is named:  LED-Profile-Test_Print.stl

09.02.2025 - Changed the Layer height from 0.2 to 0.16 moved the Pause to change filament to Layer 20. Added a Printer-Test-File

24.02.2026 - I got asked for a starting piece without connector cutouts and lid cutout. Uploaded it.
