HOW HARD IS IT TO IMPLEMENT?

Basically it's a work of 15 minutes. 
Simply copy/paste the code from Macro.cfg and printer.cfg over your original cfgs. Additionally paste your serial numbers from old printer.cfg to new printer.cfg. Optimized Orca Slicer settings are optional EXCEPT Machine start G-Code and 0.6mm nozzle setting in Orca Slicer settings AND printer.cfg if 0.4mm nozzle installed!
Do STEP 1 TO STEP 5 for best experience.

OPTIONAL ORCA profile settings (higher speed, 0,6mm nozzle, PETG temps, tweaks for cleaner prints,…):

Speed & Filament Settings:
Attention: Higher speeds will add wear to the mechanics, this will lead to more repair/maintenance

Quality & Cooling Settings:

Disable all Z-hops in all settings pages! Much better prints, no stringing and no additional stress!

Strength & Extruder 1 Settings:

Do not use sparse infill patterns wich cross it's paths, it might fail your print! 
Best is Rectlinear infill for Infill setting, fast prints and low stress. Cross Hatch pattern is more stress due to vibrations, but okay because no path crossing!

Others & Motion Ability Settings: 

There is a Settings Override Tab in Orca: Set Retraction also to 0.6mm there or you will get small holes in your print surface from time to time!
