the stick can be printed in place with the screw, you can design a new scratcher and simply attach it to the stick, you only need a 6mm screw attached to the model.

printing settings:

3mm of brim 

print in pla petg or abs 0,2 mm layer height

printing tip:
split the model into objects and print them with the threaded part facing up (see photo)
