A stand to hold up fabric dolls i created this specifically to hold up a set of weddings dolls for a friend
the dowel is 10mm thick
the holder is meant to grab the dolls underneath the arms

I added a hole at the top of the holders to insert a wire for head decorations ( i used this to hold up a sims plumbob

edit: the base has a cutout for 2 weights, i modeled this after weights i had laying around salvaged from a induction stovetop! i inserted those during the print, so if they are not needed just let it generate supports in there and leave them, or remove the pockets in the step file
