My latest puzzle box 19 - 354 moves to open.
Made in Burrtool, xmpuzzle file is included and contains the solves and the parts.

It can be combined to a 19,80,175 or 354 step box.
part 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 is the 175 maze version (the most fun).
part 1,2,3,4,5a,7,8,9 is the 354 max moves version.
part 1a,2,3,4a,6,7,8,9 is the 80 move version.
part 1b,2,3,6,7,8,9 is the easy 19 move version.

I added a 0.15 offset between the parts.
You will need support and sanding, but no glue.
