My Dremel box hinge broke so I had a go at designing a replacement. You need to print it from a strong material (I used ABS) and use 4 perimeters.
I also used tree supports for the round part on the back and they worked great.
It is a tight fit, but if your printer is calibrated it should work great. Not identical to the original but I think it is as functional and it might be even stronger.
