I'm learning a new CAD program called SelfCAD and this is one of my first attempts from knowing absolutely nothing to printing an item. I think it looks okay.

I was inspired by searching for pen holders and playing with a few different ideas and trying a few different things.

It's really pretty, but that may just be the filament I printed i with.

3D printing settings

The scale in SelfCAD and XYZ axis were different, so I rotated it on the X axis 90 degrees and scaled it to 50 (x) x 80 (y) x 50 (z) mm. (1.97 x 31.15 x 1.97 inches)

I didn't use supports, just print in place with a brim added. I always like using a brim because my plate doesn't hold very well. It's easy to remove and doesn't leave marks.

I use an Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo.

It takes 2h 4m 47s to print. 10.5m of filament and weighs 31.52g. I used Lychee (slicer) default settings for my printer and 200um layer size.
