Remixed version of @tbrock'47s toolbox/organizer that adds a lot of features that I thought I and other people might use. Main feature: not having to reprint bottom every time you want to change configuration. If there are any problems, please comment them so I can fix them.

Grid Usage

The grids are a bit complex, but if you follow these rules, you should be OK.

• If a piece touches the edge of the box, use the “side” version. Otherwise, use standard
• ALWAYS plan and place the horizontal pieces before the vertical pieces
• Only horizontal pieces have notches. All vertical pieces go into these notches
• Vertical pieces cannot cross over horizontal pieces. If you want to bridge, you will have to use one piece on either side of the horizontal piece.

Name Card

The name card can be printed with a 0.2mm layer height. Just print it, slide it in, and write on it. You can remove it with some sideways friction or by just breaking it.

Karabiner

I have included a hack in the file that makes the karabiners print with almost 100% infill. Check that this is working before printing. There is an error in one of the karabiners but I cannot fix this because it is from bad geometry in the original model. It should still work the same though.

Gasket

The TPU gasket from tbrock47's version still works and it can be used to make the box more rugged and water-resistant for heavy or outdoor use.

Suggested Print Settings

• PETG or PLA (PETG pictured)
• TPU for the optional gasket
• 0.20mm layer heights
• Infill 50%+
• 3 Perimeter minimum
• Support on build plate only (optional - may benefit the bridge on the base latch area)
• Print the hinge on its side for the best operation and rigidity

Hardware

I have supplied 3D printed versions of these parts but if you use those, print them on their side, with 5 perimeters, 100% infill, and a strong material. I HAVE NOT TESTED THESE! Use with caution.
