While doing some woodworking I needed to cut some narrow peices on my tablesaw. After getting 7 stitches from having a pushstick thrown at me (after inadvertently coming in contact with the blade), I decided I needed a safer way to push small items between the blade and the fence. I came up with this design for a push-block that wraps around the fence, constraining it to not allow movement into the blade. This one is designed to fit my Ridgid Tablesaw fence perfectly. it might fit others as well. Fence height 2 13/16", Width: 2".
The pushblock is assembled using three 3mm x 12 screws for the push stick, and two 4mm x 20 screws for the handle, for additional strength.
- Supports: none

I included the design file so it can be modified as needed.
