A modular drawer divider system that joins the esthetics of 3D printing and woodworking.

3D-Printed parts

All printed parts can be customized to meet your dimensions with the parametric ModularDrawerDivider.f3d file in Fusion360.

Parameters

battens_height: The height of the battens in mm. (63 mm by default)
battens_thickness: The thickness of the used battens in mm. (7 mm by default) 
d: Strength of the part walls in mm. (2 mm by default)

Hint: You don't need to add tolerances in most cases. The wood is usualy soft enough to make it an easy press fit. And even lets you lide the parts along.

Sourced parts

Whatever you want to use as battens for you project. I used leftover plywood from an earlier project. But you could use acrylic sheets or whatever fits you needs.

If you don't have a circular saw i would recommend sourcing pre cut ones from your local hardware store.

For the length of your battans you can leave some play. Parts that are to short or roughly cut will be covered up by the connectors.
