Print as many trays as needed, connect them together and stack them with your sorted jigsaw puzzle pieces and put them away when you need the space. 

This tray may be resized with trays still interlocking as long as the X and Y percentage increases are identical.  Any difference in X and Y percentage increases may cause curve variations preventing interlocking.
