This is an original Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W Snap Fit Case that uses hex nut recesses to allow the Raspberry Pi board to be firmly attached to the case using M2.5 screws and nuts. There are two latches on the top part that lock the two parts together. The top part includes ventilation holes as well as an opening for the GPIO headers.

Printed on both Prusament PLA and PETG, seems to work well given the RPi Zero 2 Ws relatively low temperature. You may want to print in other plastics with higher temperature tolerances for applications where the case will be exposed under hot environmental conditions.
