Descrição
The motor cover and stator are secured to the motor using the original screws that come with the motor.
Motor is a Samsung DE31-00029H. You can also use a DE31-00029K or DE31-00029J or any other 29 motor.
Solenoid is a JF-0826. I use the 24V one, but other voltage rated ones work as well. Return spring needs to be stretched a little bit so it has enough tension to reopen against the rotor suction. No longer needs two springs like the old Banshee 110C did.
There are two back endbell variants. The "normal shaft" variant has a hole for the motor's rear shaft to pass through so you don't have to cut it. The "cut shaft" variant has an M4 threaded insert for an M4 eyebolt to go, but you need to cut the rear shaft short in order to fit that.
Hardware:
M4x8mm machine screws (4x)
M4 nuts (4x)
M3x5.7mm heat set threaded inserts (10x) (14x if printing the 8 port stator) [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081BCRZZS3](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081BCRZZS3)
M3x20mm machine screws (4x)
M3x10mm machine screws (6x)
M3x8mm machine screws (15x)
M3x6mm machine screws (4x)
M3 nuts (12x)
M2x4mm heat set threaded inserts (11x) [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088QJG676](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088QJG676)
M2x8mm machine screws (23x)
M2 nuts (3x)
If using the "cut shaft" rear endbell, you will also need the following:
M4x8.1 heat set threaded insert (1x) [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YSV66Y5](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YSV66Y5)
M4 eyebolt (1x) [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFZ778J7](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFZ778J7)
Rotor installation:
8mm to 8mm 14mm OD 25mm L shaft coupler

10 gram slotted weights (16x)
To secure the weights, simply push them into the bottom of the rotor. They should just slip right in. If needed, you can tap them in with a hammer. These are made of steel, so it should be alright to take some hammer taps.
Put a set screw in both top holes on the shaft coupler. leave the bottom two screw holes empty. Then tap the coupler into the rotor from the bottom with a plastic mallet or plastic screwdriver handle.
Make sure the set screws are lined up with the access cutouts in the rotor hub. Don't use a hammer, you can damage the soft aluminum.
