I made this for a family member last year. I'm listing most of this from memory, there is information missing but if I don't post it now this will sit in drafts for another year. Any questions please feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer & update the information provided.

IT'S BIG, IIRC it stands about 33cm tall and is 18cm wide

 There is some gluing required of the posts & sanding to fit down inside the frame as well as some trimming of the LED backplate mitre to make sure it all fits.

• 1x D1 mini
• 84x ws2812 (I would use sk6812 if I did this again for a brighter white)
• 4x Heatset inserts -  m3x4x5mm
• 1x 5A DC-DC converter & 12v 3A PSU/Wall adapter
• 1x logic level shifter for converting 3.3v to 5v for LED signal pin

Presets can be configured in WLED as follows to get the correct lighting pattern to replicate the lantern from Minecraft
