Customizable Name Plate (Honeycomb style)

• quick and easy to colour and print 
• works best with uppercase letters
• Print the stand/ feet upside down (the holes facing down to the build plate) and enable support. This way you can get a smooth top surface and a wave pattern at the bottom of the stand for a better grip.
• could be printed upside down for the textured or 3D effect finish (set “Embedded depth” same as the plate thickness “7mm by default” and then set letter thickness to ZERO", after this flip the all object 180 degree “Y”
• for the best result  set “Embedded depth” same as the plate thickness “7mm by default” (WITHOUT INSERT)
• could be printed without AMS/ AMS Lite, just change the filament at the desired layer height
• INSET STL. file added (17.01.2025):  with the INSERT the max “Embedded depth” setting for the TEXT shouldn't be more then 1.1mm, for the best result print it TEXT facing down.

• Now comes with PINS PLUG-INS: set of hexagon PLUGS/PINS (for the top, middle and bottom row, not included any of the corners), set of stars and clouds. ( I try to extend this selection every day with a few new ones)

  How to print then: just split the PLUGINS STL in the slicer, then drag  the plugs the middle of the object, then merge them back together.

  FYI: you can use your own object, just follow the steps above, your object thickness shouldn't exceed 3mm, optimally keep it 2mm.
