I created these in multiple pieces, they do require glue to assemble the front and back shells.  The center disk is allowed to spin, and the functioning slider cover just snaps quickly in place.

Some tips:

• Print the slider in a silk filament
• use a textured plate for all the pieces except the disk, use a smooth plate for the disk itself 
• print the first layer slow, and adjust your nozzle z offset slightly lower to the bed.  I set mine to -.02 this ensures a full flowout on the first layer.
• Super Glue works best for assembly, a small dab in the 4 corners around the alignment pins, and a dab on the center of each side.  Activator recommended.

• Not suitable for hot items, cold drinks only.
