This compact yet functional fan is powered by a simple 030 DC motor, offering a steady breeze for those long work sessions. Featuring a charming windmill aesthetic, this fan is perfect for DIY enthusiasts who love blending creativity with functionality.

The fan design uses the smallest gear from the reduction set for a smooth operation. Paired with a 2-AA battery pack and a basic switch button from the Maker's stash (AKA my drawer full of misc. electronic that has no sense of organization), it’s an easy-to-assemble project for beginners and a fun addition to any workspace. Whether you're a maker at heart or just looking to cool off in style, this windmill-inspired fan is a must-have!

The beginner kit does come with the components to make your own battery pack which is for a AAA battery pack which will not slide down in the body of the windmill. I am working on a AA battery pack Specifically for this model and will release it as soon as i get it working correctly!

You will have to break off the front snaps from the base. The only reason they are there is to make a hole to be able to put a small dot of glue to keep the motor in place if needed. it fits very tight with the filament i used but some may vary!
