This is a set of hex bit drivers sized for the standard ¼" Hex screwdriver bit. They feature embedded knurling to get a good grip even in wet or oily applications, They were designed to get into very tight and/or very deep spots and feature ultra compact but usable model dimensions. Adjustments on carburetors is just 1 example of their intended use.

Convenient storage case with snap on lid is included that will hold all 4 drivers plus 1 bit. The lid or base can double as drawer display/holder thing as well.

4 styles of drivers are included in the design and print profile:

1. Stubby skinny style to get into extra tight spaces. 16mm long, 12mm diameter
2. Long skinny style to get into tight spaces.  36mm long, 12mm diameter
3. Stubby fat style to get more torque in tight spaces. 16mm long, 16mm diameter
4. Long fat style to get more reach and more torque. 48mm long, 16mm diameter

Print Profile:

The print profile includes all models combined on a single plate as well as individual plates for individual models for your printing preference. The settings were adjusted to achieve optimal strength for the design.

I recommend printing in PETG, but other materials will work as well but may require scaling as described below.

Model and Design Fit:

They feature a snug by easily removed fitment of the hex bit. If you want the bit to permanently stay in place with a press fit you can scale the model down by 0.5% to 1.0%. If you want a loose fit for easier bit changes, you can scale it up by the similar amount.

Due to variances and quality in manufacturing of hex bits, the driver(s) may require scaling to get correct fitment. I've made every attempt to gather a wide range of bits from different manufacturers and quality to arrive at a nominal tolerance, but machine calibration, individual filament properties such as shrinkage and water saturation and personal preference may require you to tweak the design slightly to fit your needs. This is easily accomplished by scaling the model by 0.5% to 1.0%. The case and holder has enough tolerance to not need scaling.
