So since i wanted to lern a bit more cad I started this Projekt and i think it can also be useful for you.

This tool will help you to melt the Threaded Inserts straight into place while holding the soldering Iron for you.

Parts list:

8x M4 Threaded insert (7mm hight max.)

2x M5 Threaded insert (7mm hight max.)

2x M4 30mm screw

6x M4 10mm screw

4x M4 20mm screw

8x M5 30mm screw

4x T Lock Nuts (for V-Slot)

1x 2040 V-Slot Profile

1x 19mm Socket (Or anything you want to use as counter weight)

2x 2GT Pulley for 6mm Belt with a 5mm centered Hole

1x about 50 cm of 2GT Belt (5mm wide)

8x V-Slot POM Wheels

8x Exentered Nuts

1x about 300 gramms of Filament (i printed it in PLA)
